Junior Lifeguard Academy

This is a fun, hour long session which is filled with swimming, lifesaving, Personal survival, communication skills, synchronised swimming, water polo, boogie boarding, and first aid.

The minimum age is 8 years and the minimum ability is 50m confident swim wearing shorts and T-shirts.

Two areas from the extensive program are chosen each term. Several opportunities are available to gain awards each term to complete missions.
